Chemical delivery system

• PLC is the control center of equipment, it oversees all of the pumps, automatic valves, various parts and control system. PLC from every parts of equipment (such as leakage protection sensors or liquid level sensor) to receive information, and sends a signal to the execution and monitoring components (such as pump or solenoid valve).

• Touch screen (HMI), located in the front of the CDS. Touch screen can by changing the parameters or button to change the equipment running status or operating mode, also can through the touch screen monitor equipment operation state and parameters.

• Receive signals from the PLC to open the valve (allow gas through) or off (to prevent gas through) to control the pneumatic valve or pump work When the gas through a pneumatic valve will open (allow gases or chemicals to) or off (to prevent gas or chemicals).

• Red emergency switch is located in the front of the CDS. After the operator press the button, the power of the CDS be turned off, including the power of the PLC and display. All of the automatic valve to restore to its original state. After the switch, the PLC will be restarted, and the system in a state of alarm and offline.
